1° PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AS PART OF THE TRAINING OF EXTERNAL CONTRIBUTORS TO EQIOM SITES AND THE MANAGEMENT OF CONTRIBUTOR PASSES.
The data collected is your surname, first name, company, language chosen and e-mail address. Your personal data is collected and used for the purposes of training external contributors and managing the contributor pass. This includes in particular the following purposes
Safety training
Assessing compliance with safety rules
Providing and managing passes (validation, follow-up);
Compiling internal and external statistics;
Sending prevention and safety communiqués (Safety Alerts, Recommendations, etc.).
When you contact us directly, the processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
EQIOM will not use the information provided for commercial or canvassing purposes.
The personal data collected will only be passed on to authorised EQIOM personnel. These persons are those who, by virtue of their function or mission, are legitimately entitled to have your data communicated to them in the context of the execution of the processing and for the sole purposes thereof.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data is kept for as long as the training course and pass are valid. Once this period has elapsed, your data will be deleted or archived in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
2° PERSONAL CONNECTION DATA
We also collect information about your computer’s browser, including the computer’s IP address and a person’s geographical location, browser type, operating system and the web pages you visit. If you access our Site, we may collect a unique identifier contained on that device. This information allows us to display or format content and services relevant to that device.
INFORMATION SHARING
We may share your information with service providers acting as sub-contractors within the meaning of the Data Protection Regulation, in the context of their mission relating exclusively to the performance of services managed by EQIOM (in particular, IT service providers, Cloud solution providers) in order to be able to provide you with the information and services you request from us and to improve our services.
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except in the context of a legitimate interest or in order to ensure compliance with a legal obligation.
Recording of telephone conversations during calls made and received
EQIOM records telephone conversations during calls made and received on the telephone lines of the planning department and the sales team for the following purposes:
To improve service quality
Track customer disputes or grievances;
Modify the order after listening to the recording if in doubt;
Responding to issues related to internal audits (Quality Audit).
The data collected is as follows: identification data of the caller/called party, customer reference, site address, telephone number, purpose of the call.
The recipients of the data are the planning department, the sales department and, where applicable, the legal department of EQIOM.
The data will be kept for 6 months and then automatically deleted or, if necessary, forwarded to the legal department (only in the event of pre-litigation or litigation).
Users may object to this recording by informing their EQIOM contact at the beginning of the call.

SECURITY
We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. We take technical and organisational security measures to prevent loss, alteration or unauthorised access to your personal data, and we impose the same requirements on our service providers. In the case of data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), EQIOM and its subcontractors guarantee the security of these transfers and the implementation of control mechanisms in accordance with the European regulations in force.
The data is stored on a secure server and can only be accessed by authorised EQIOM personnel.
